The Wormhole is the dimension between Soloris and other Dimensions, separated from space and time.
History
The Wormhole is an isolated space which is surrounded by numerous stacked-up layers of time's current, resulting in it being a place where the density of time within it to be extremely high when compared to other exterior dimensions. To be precise it is over 560 times denser, meaning that when one hour passes in the outside worlds, an equivalent of 560 hours pass inside the Wormhole. The destructive atmosphere exists to stop anyone from lingering in the Wormhole and possibly exploiting this time distortion.
However, Grant Connors has developed technology that allows for safe travel through the wormhole but there is a limit of 560 Hours before the device (in the form of clothing) disintegrates and the wearer is exposed to the full effects of the wormhole, the shock of which can kill them.
