Snowcane is a short, deadly alien from the Iciclus Galaxy. It came to Soloris in 2014 and tried to capture Sai for experimentation purposes.
Powers
Snow Mimicry
User is made up of or can transform their body completely into snow. Users transformed form can be either anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of snow, in which case it contains all to organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternately user can transform into homogenous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other.
While snow lacks the raw power and durability of ice, it more than makes up with flexibility. User can manipulate their form with ease rivaling Water Mimicry, being able to shift from solid to snow-cloud, form weapons or scatter themselves over vast areas.
Snow Manipulation
User can create, shape and manipulate snow, precipitation in the form of flakes of crystalline water ice. Because snow is composed of small ice particles, it is a granular material with an open and therefore soft structure, unless subjected to external pressure.
Snowflakes come in a variety of sizes and shapes, with types that fall in the form of a ball due to melting and refreezing, rather than a flake, are known as hail, ice pellets or snow grains.
Intent
To kidnap Sai for experimentation on his home planet Iciclus.

Heat
Destroys him instantly. That's why he only comes to Soloris during winter time.
Water
Water makes snowcane sag and fall to pieces and limits his movement.
