The 'Journeying Artificial Guardian' is an alien robot from the Andromeda galaxy. It was sent to scout out Ray City in 1981 and it returned in 2014 to assist the superhumans and destroy all sin and evil in the city. It does exactly what it tis programmed to do and its origins are unknown.
