Black Bow possesses a vast arsenal of weapons and gadgets, which he uses to incredible effect in and out of combat.

Enhanced Marksmanship

The activity in his brain center for aim, accuracy and precision is drastically improved due to his heritage as a Capello. He needs only to aim for an instant before he can precisely hit a target with an arrow or a blow.

He can even judge extremely long and great distances amazingly accurately, so he can gauge the strength needed to launch the arrow, in order to hit a target accurately.

Can also be resistant to perception-distorting abilities such as Illumination Emission. If a target is moving he can calculate the best method to hit the target. Visual obstructions like smoke and vegetation to not hinder his ability to get an accurate bead on his target, and his intense focus on whatever he is shooting at allows him to shut out outside distractions.

He is also able to compensate for environmental factors that would normally throw off their aim like wind, air resistance, gravity, and radiant heat (which distorts the image of the target). He does this by shifting his aim slightly, so that upon launching the chosen projectile, the environmental factors he calculated and compensated for will direct the projectile back onto its intended target.

Peak Human Reflexes

His reflexes are at the peak of Human Potential and Perfection; this means that his reactions are superior to those of normal humans and are near-superhuman.He has been seen to catch a tooth pick thrown at him in midair and throw it back 100 feet through a window to kill, he can dodge offensive attacks, and perform amazing physically defensive feats; He could even evade strikes from beings with super speed, and dodge multiple gunfire with ease.

Peak Human Agility

His agility is of a superior standard, even among gold-medal-winning athletes and other highly trained professionals in the field of athletics. He is able to climb the highest of buildings with no form of support and navigate any variety of obstacle courses with apparent ease and grace. Furthermore, he is capable of jumping up to 6.2meter/20 ft in a single bound and 3.2meter/10 feet without a starting run-up.

Peak Human Combat

Black Bow has mastered over 50 styles of martial arts and has been able to take down some of the worlds greatest with his sheer prowess. Furthermore, he has even managed to beat some super-humans with this ability.

Peak Human Durability

His durability is at the peak of human conditioning, which entails that he is capable of withstanding situations that the average person cannot. For example, he can take getting beaten by a thick wooden baseball bat and it would break, falling a couple of stories from a building, getting shot in non-fatal areas of the physical body, survive an entire building collapse, and possibly withstanding beatings from superhumans without superhuman strength. He is still however vulnerable to harm.

Peak Human Endurance

He can also hold his breath for 3-7 minutes and remain calm through stressful or painful situations. He can also tolerate extreme hunger, unbearable thirst, strong urges to sleep  as well as some mild poisons.
